RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Return Policy :

Peace of mind with our 10 days returns policy. Just return your product unopened, with your receipt and we'll exchange it for something more suitable or refund.


Cancellation Policy :

Customer / EXLMART may cancel the orders for following reasons:

Accidental wrong order

Non availability of the product

Errors in the details provided

Problems identified by Credit and Fraud Avoidance department

‚ÄčIn the unfortunate case of an order being cancelled by us, we will keep you posted on the same and 100% of your payment will be credited back to your bank account.

Customer can cancel the order within 30 min from placing an order. After 30 mins, if a buyer wants to cancel an order, they need to send cancellation request. However, cancellation is possible only if the product has not been shipped / self pickup.

If the buyer is sending a cancellation request, after the order is dispatched, unfortunately the order cannot be cancelled. Buyer should be suggested to reject the package, if they still do not need the product. At this point the shipment will be considered as a return and Exlmart will retain 3% of the invoice value + shipping charges. This amount is termed as Refund holdback.


Cancellation is not possible for followings :

Orders obtained for Deal of the Day/ Special Sale/ Discount Sale/ Limited Period Offer Sale, other promo sale products

Orders obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, etc

Order obtained for preorder products

‚ÄčIn case of receipt of damaged or defective product or non ordered item, please report the same to support@exlmart.freshdesk.com. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product, however it will be entertained once we have checked and determined the same.  In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
